PCB carrier

PCB carriers are required if boards on two parallel sides each have a clamping edge of less than three millimeters at the top and bottom. If the PCBs are tested on one side in the front loader, one clamping edge on two parallel sides and space for the variably adjustable clamping fingers on the other side of the board are sufficient. If these requirements are not met, trays are a quick and easy solution. These frames are made individually for your PCB and allow for the best possible testing on the Flying Probe Tester.

This quickly deployable board handling system can be used to test printed circuit boards easily with the Flying Probe both in frontloader and in-line operation. Digitaltest has been using trays in its own production for many years and has already manufactured such PCB carriers for many different types of electronic boards.
