In the CITE Basic course you will learn how to use CITE to create and modify test programs for analog In-Circuit testing (ICT). This includes an introduction to the CITE software environment, our test system hardware and presentation of test methods for analog ICT.

Requirements: Basic familiarity with PC, Windows and Visual Basic (VB 6), familiarity with electrical circuit and measuring technology

Aim-Systems: In-Circuit testers from Digitaltest

Duration: 4 days

Trainer: Martin Bader

Themes:

  • CITE software basics (structure, installation, licensing, interface)
  • Test system structure, configuration, selftest
  • Test program creation of analog ICT: Assembly description, Automatic Program Generator (APG), test libraries
  • Test program structure, general CITE commands
  • Test methods for analog ICT including associated commands and debugging
  • FailSim, QCAM, panel test, test program translation and release

CITE Digital In-Circuit Test

Expand your basic CITE knowledge in our CITE digital ICT course. Here you learn the basics of digital In-Circuit testing as well as use of the various test modules.

Requirements: CITE Basic course

Aim-Systems: In-Circuit testers from Digitaltest

Duration: 2 days

Trainer: Martin Bader

Themes:

  • Basics and theory of the digital In-Circuit test: Backdriving
  • Assembly description, Automatic Program Generator (APG)
  • Digital test modules (HYB01/03/04): Structure and commands (static/dynamic)
  • Debugging of the digital ICT (PATEX and VB)

CITE Function Test

The CITE Function Test course builds on the CITE Basic course and teaches you how to use the analog and digital test modules using practical examples.

Requirements: CITE Basic course

Aim-Systems: In-Circuit testers from Digitaltest

Duration: 2 days

Trainer: Martin Bader
