Digitaltest Mourns the Loss of Its Managing Director and Shareholder Ute Boctor
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ute Boctor, our esteemed Managing Director and Shareholder and a defining personality in the history of Digitaltest.
Stutensee, August 18, 2026 – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ute Boctor, our esteemed Managing Director and Shareholder and a defining personality in the history of Digitaltest.
After a long and serious illness, Ute Boctor passed away. Until the very end, she faced her illness with tremendous strength, extraordinary determination, and unwavering perseverance. These qualities of strength and resolve characterized her throughout her entire life.
As her daughter, it is particularly difficult for me to convey this news. My mother was a strong, independent-minded, and exceptionally determined woman. She never shied away from challenges. With great strength of will, she pursued her path and, as Managing Director and Shareholder, had a lasting impact on the development of Digitaltest.
Her passing is a profound loss for our family and for the entire Digitaltest family. We would like to express our special thanks to all employees, business partners, friends, and long-standing companions who supported my mother throughout her illness and, especially during her final days, offered her their compassion, personal closeness, and support.
Digitaltest will continue. Together with our shareholders, management, employees, and partners, we will continue to lead the company with a shared sense of responsibility and shape its future.
The values that defined Ute Boctor – strength, determination, perseverance, and the will to take on even the most difficult challenges – will continue to guide us. They will remain part of the history and legacy of Digitaltest.
We are deeply grateful for the many years Ute devoted to the company, for her personal commitment, and for her significant contribution to the development of Digitaltest.
Our deepest sympathy goes to her family, friends, colleagues, and to all those who were close to Ute Boctor.
