Digitaltest Showcases Next-Generation Electronics Test Solutions at IPC APEX EXPO 2026

booth #3906, IPC APEX EXPO in Anaheim, California on 17-19th March 2026.
Anaheim, California – March 17–19, 2026 – As a leading provider of flying probe, in-circuit, functional test, and production software solutions, Digitaltest will present its latest innovations at Booth #309 during the IPC APEX EXPO in Anaheim, California.
Visitors are invited to meet Digitaltest’s experts and explore the company’s newest advancements in electronic test equipment. Live demonstrations will highlight why Digitaltest’s flying probe systems continue to set industry benchmarks for performance, flexibility, and reliability. Attendees will also experience Digitaltest’s latest systems designed to optimize test coverage, increase throughput, and streamline production workflows.
In addition, Digitaltest will join forces with its German partner, KABTEC AG, to present a compact and intelligent inline solution featuring flexible fixture integration.
Condor Flying Prober with 64-Bit Technology
The newest Condor Flying Probe platform now operates on advanced 64-bit technology, ensuring compatibility with the latest electronic manufacturing standards and future-ready performance.
Equipped with enhanced vision capabilities, the system’s integrated color camera now includes barcode scanning and Optical Character Recognition (OCR), improving traceability and inspection accuracy.
The Condor Flying Prober offers universal application across all test strategies, including:
- Series production and fully integrated inline systems
- Prototype testing and small batch production with manual loading
- Functional test applications
The system consolidates multiple test methodologies into a single platform, covering:
- In-Circuit Testing (ICT)
- Functional Testing
- Boundary Scan
- Power-Up Testing
- Flash Programming
With its comprehensive one-stop test strategy, manufacturers can perform all required production tests at a single station. Through Digitaltest’s optimized fixture concepts, both test depth and throughput can be significantly increased, resulting in higher test coverage—without additional investment in equipment, floor space, or personnel.
Modular Inline Test System from KABTEC and Digitaltest
Together with KABTEC AG, Digitaltest will present a modular inline test solution integrating KABTEC’s compact test handler with the Sparrow MTS 30 test system.
KABTEC’s handlers are known for their compact footprint and high flexibility. Combined with Digitaltest systems, including configurations starting at 1,152 pins—the solution delivers a powerful yet space-efficient inline test system.
For applications requiring expanded capacity, the system can also integrate the Sigma MTS 300 platform, supporting up to 3,456 pins.
A key advantage of this collaborative solution is fixture flexibility. Utilizing standard Ingun cassette fixtures, the same fixture can be used for both inline and offline systems. New fixtures can be debugged on an offline system and then seamlessly integrated into a KABTEC inline setup, ensuring fast implementation and reduced production downtime.
Digitaltest’s presence at IPC APEX EXPO 2026 underscores its commitment to delivering scalable, future-proof testing solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall production performance for electronics manufacturers worldwide.
